Shipping Policy

At Cindee’s Vegan Treats, we take great care in preparing and shipping your gluten-free and dairy-free baked goods.

Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the approximate shipping date.

We do our best to ship all orders in a timely manner. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier’s delivery schedule. Please note that once an order is in transit, arrival dates are outside of our control.

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our gluten-free and dairy-free baked goods, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on food items.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will gladly review the situation and offer a replacement or store credit, when appropriate.

We are not responsible for:

Delays caused by shipping carriers
Orders with incorrect shipping information provided at checkout
Damage caused by improper storage after delivery
